1. Overview

TwoTicks is a platform operated by Copy This Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TwoTicks platform, website, dashboards, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Nature of Services

TwoTicks provides software tools and automation utilities that allow users to connect their own third-party exchange accounts and automate trading strategies.

We are:

not a broker

not an exchange

not a financial adviser

not an investment manager

We do not hold client funds and we do not execute trades on your behalf outside of the instructions you configure.

All trading decisions and risk management remain your sole responsibility.

3. Eligibility

You must:

be at least 18 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction)

have the legal capacity to enter into a contract

comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. User Responsibilities

By using TwoTicks you agree that:

you connect your own exchange accounts using API keys

you are responsible for securing your accounts and API permissions

you understand the risks of automated trading

you monitor your strategies and capital allocation

you are responsible for all trading activity carried out via your account

You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription.

By subscribing you agree that:

payments are processed via Stripe or other payment providers

subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

pricing and plans may change with notice

you are responsible for maintaining valid payment details

6. Free Trials

Where a free trial is offered:

you may cancel at any time before the trial ends

if not cancelled, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, software, branding and materials are owned by Copy This Limited or licensed to us.

You may not:

copy, resell or distribute the software

reverse engineer or replicate the system

use our brand or materials without permission

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

interfere with or disrupt the Platform

attempt to gain unauthorised access

misuse APIs or infrastructure

engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, however we do not guarantee:

uninterrupted availability

error-free operation

compatibility with all exchanges or third-party services

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

we are not liable for any trading losses

we are not liable for exchange failures or outages

we are not liable for user configuration errors

we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

you breach these Terms

you misuse the Platform

we are required to do so by law

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
